A backup for the key

A backup for the key. This desk note is about a second key and a person who may use it. It fits a business that still has one decision-maker.

Sequence

Do it in this order: name the person and the limit. Stop when the next step needs a number you do not have. Inventing the number is not a step.

The habit to drop

The expensive habit is a single key and a locked shop. Replace it with a line on paper you can find next week.

The note is done when someone else can open the door. If a customer, a supplier, or a tax date is involved, use the real date, not a rounded one.

The "A one-person shop" page stays practical only while it names an owner and a next action. A second key and a person who may use it without a next action is a wish.

A desk note. It does not predict revenue, and it is not tax, legal, or accounting advice.
