A quiet week still gets a page

A quiet week still gets a page. This desk note is about a week with little movement. It fits a business that still has one decision-maker.

Sequence

Do it in this order: write "no sales" or the small number and the date. Stop when the next step needs a number you do not have. Inventing the number is not a step.

The habit to drop

The expensive habit is a missing week. Replace it with a line on paper you can find next week.

The note is done when the week exists on paper. If a customer, a supplier, or a tax date is involved, use the real date, not a rounded one.

The "The week's money" page stays practical only while it names an owner and a next action. A week with little movement without a next action is a wish.

A desk note. It does not predict revenue, and it is not tax, legal, or accounting advice.
